Who runs this site
IRLScene is a news site owned by TREA Group. You can read it without an account.
Page views
The site counts page views with its own analytics. A visit stores the page path, the date, a random visitor identifier in a cookie named irlscene_vid, the hostname of the referring site, and a general device type such as phone or desktop. Those analytics do not store IP addresses.
The visitor cookie lasts about a year and is used to tell a return visit from a new one. It is not used for advertising.
The newsroom login uses a separate cookie. That cookie is set only when someone signs in to the private admin desk.
If you email info@irlscene.com, the message is used to reply and to handle the request you sent. IRLScene does not sell personal information.
Other sites
Stories link to clips, social accounts, and other publications, including the sister brand American Motorspot. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
